Our most popular format is the 90 minute visit. This includes 90 minutes of lessons with our expert coaches teaching the guests obstacle skills for both Spartan/ OCR training & ninja warrior.

Important Information
IMPORTANT: All attendees must have a completed waiver before they can participate in the gym. Parents or other legal guardians must fill out waivers for any attendee under 18 years of age. Please make sure everyone in your group registers ahead of time by clicking on the Private Party Form Button above. There is important information for them in those documents.
